Responsibility
- Conduct on-site inspections and field checks to assess the condition, marketability, and value of collateral properties.
- Evaluate borrower creditworthiness through verification of documentation and physical asset assessments.
- Prepare detailed appraisal reports with accurate valuations, supporting data, and compliance with internal credit policies.
- Collaborate with lending teams to ensure all collateral meets acceptability standards before loan approval.
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends, property values, and regulatory changes affecting valuations.
- Maintain meticulous records of all appraisals, inspections, and client interactions for audit and compliance purposes.
- Provide expert recommendations on property-related risks and opportunities to management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property appraisal, real estate valuation, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of local property markets, valuation methodologies, and credit assessment principles.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and report-writing skills.
