Responsibility

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from inquiry to closing.
  • Conduct property viewings and presentations, highlighting key features and benefits to potential buyers.
  • Develop and maintain a strong client database, following up on leads and nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling property listings and promotional materials.
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to provide accurate and competitive insights.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms to maximize sales value while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, open houses, and networking opportunities to expand brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, real estate, or customer-facing roles (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a results-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s property market and local regulations is a plus.
