Responsibility
- Collect and analyze real estate market data, including property values, rental yields, and investment trends.
- Assist in preparing comprehensive reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Conduct financial analysis, including cash flow projections, ROI calculations, and market comparisons.
- Monitor and evaluate economic indicators and their impact on the property market.
- Support senior analysts in conducting feasibility studies for potential real estate projects.
- Maintain and update databases with accurate and timely information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and improve data accuracy.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in real estate research.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in data analysis, financial research, or real estate.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or statistical software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
