Responsibility
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries from residents, tenants, and prospective clients with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all resident enquiries, complaints, and feedback using property management software.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely resolution of property-related issues.
- Prepare and distribute administrative reports, including occupancy rates, financial summaries, and resident communications.
- Assist in the preparation and renewal of lease agreements, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Organize and facilitate resident meetings, events, and community initiatives to enhance tenant satisfaction and engagement.
- Monitor and track property expenses, invoices, and payments, ensuring financial records are accurate and transparent.
- Liaise with legal and compliance teams to ensure all property documentation and administrative processes adhere to Indonesian real estate laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property administration, real estate, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and property management software.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Familiarity with Indonesian real estate laws and regulations is highly advantageous.
