Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive audits of partner operations to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement standardized processes and procedures to enhance partner performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate partner performance through regular assessments and reporting.
- Provide training and support to partners to ensure adherence to best practices and company policies.
- Analyze audit findings and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for corrective actions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Act as a liaison between partners and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in auditing, compliance, or partner management roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with partners and internal teams.
- Proficiency in using audit and compliance tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of ICT industry standards and regulations is a plus.
- Certification in auditing or compliance (e.g., ISO, COBIT) is an advantage.
