Responsibility
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance of healthcare facility assets, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and medical equipment systems.
- Lead capital improvement projects from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards, budget constraints, and timelines.
- Conduct asset lifecycle analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities, replacement needs, and efficiency improvements.
- Oversee contractor and vendor management, including selection, performance evaluation, and contract negotiations for maintenance and project-related services.
- Utilize data analytics tools to monitor equipment performance, predict failures, and implement proactive maintenance strategies.
- Collaborate with facility management teams to align maintenance activities with operational priorities and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present technical reports, budgets, and project updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations in all maintenance and project activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CMRP) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facility maintenance, project management, or asset lifecycle management, preferably in healthcare or institutional settings.
- Proven expertise in preventive maintenance strategies, predictive maintenance technologies, and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
- Strong project leadership skills, with a track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams and external contractors.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and maintenance software to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of healthcare facility regulations (e.g., JCI, local health codes) and safety standards (OSHA, ISO).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
