Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of Project Engineers to ensure timely and high-quality execution of security system installations.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet client requirements and deadlines.
- Direct the testing, commissioning, and programming of physical security systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to align project deliverables with business objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful project completion.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements throughout all project phases.
- Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, budget tracking, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in managing physical security system projects, including installation and commissioning.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading engineering teams.
- In-depth knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders.
- Certification in security systems (e.g., ASIS, CISSP) is a plus.
