Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on ACMV, DX systems, and HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose system malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct routine inspections and testing of HVAC components, including compressors, condensers, and air handlers.
- Maintain accurate service logs, reports, and documentation for all maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with clients to assess needs, provide technical recommendations, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Install, upgrade, and commission new HVAC systems as required.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring readiness for emergency repairs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in HVAC maintenance.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of proven experience in preventive maintenance of ACMV, DX systems, or HVAC.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical controls, and pneumatic systems.
- Certification in HVAC (e.g., EPA 608, NATE, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical fitness to handle manual tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali.
