Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily on-site technical operations, including Line & Grade, Formworks, Rebar, Concrete, and Precast works.
- Ensure all construction activities strictly adhere to the project timeline, structural plans, and quality standards.
- Lead and supervise site personnel and subcontractors, fostering a culture of safety and operational excellence.
- Coordinate with project engineers and architects to resolve technical challenges during the execution phase.
- Monitor material consumption and resource utilization to ensure cost-efficiency on site.
- Implement and enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols throughout the construction phase.
- Maintain comprehensive daily logs, progress reports, and documentation for project stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC license) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of field experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
- Deep technical expertise in structural frameworks, rebar installation, concrete pouring, and precast assembly.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in high-pressure environments.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under tight project deadlines.
