Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Review and interpret civil and structural drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, risk assessments, and technical evaluations to stakeholders.
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures to meet industry and company standards.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and propose cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, environmental regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site engineering, preferably in civil and structural projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM software for design and planning.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety protocols.
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Willingness to relocate or travel to project sites in Bali as needed.
