Responsibility
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of plant machinery, HVAC systems, electrical systems, and building infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment failures and extend asset lifespan.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in facilities systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs, installations, or upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety, environmental, and operational standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO).
- Monitor energy consumption and recommend efficiency improvements to reduce operational costs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory of spare parts, and facility-related documentation.
- Lead or assist in emergency response efforts for facility-related incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations, or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical wiring, plumbing, and machinery maintenance.
- Proficiency in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or similar tools for tracking maintenance activities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with safety protocols, PPE usage, and regulatory compliance (e.g., OSHA, local Indonesian standards).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call duties for emergencies, as needed.
