Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement industrial engineering processes to optimize production workflows and reduce operational costs.
- Analyze and improve manufacturing systems, including layout, material flow, and workforce utilization, to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, logistics) to identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor productivity, quality, and safety metrics.
- Lead time-and-motion studies to standardize work methods and improve ergonomic conditions for operators.
- Support the introduction of new products by conducting feasibility studies and capacity planning.
- Implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and drive continuous improvement.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in industrial engineering and process optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in the automotive manufacturing sector.
- Proven expertise in process optimization, lean manufacturing, and production system design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software, as well as data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel).
- Strong knowledge of Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, and TPM methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
