Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction site operations and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections to mitigate risks.
- Monitor project budgets and report financial progress to management.
- Resolve on-site issues and conflicts to minimize delays.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders.
- Train and mentor junior staff to enhance team performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction site supervision.
