Responsibility
- Oversee and manage on-site mechanical, electrical, or mechatronic system installations, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to align engineering solutions with project goals and timelines.
- Develop and review technical drawings, schematics, and project documentation for accuracy and feasibility.
- Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement of materials to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex mechanical/electrical systems, providing innovative solutions to enhance performance.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations, industry standards (e.g., ISO, NEC), and environmental sustainability practices.
- Train and supervise junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, PE) are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in site engineering, project management, or system integration within relevant industries.
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks), PLC programming, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Strong knowledge of industrial standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, multicultural environments and adapt to varying project scopes.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as required.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
