Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, cost estimates, and presentations to secure projects.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure project feasibility, compliance, and quality standards.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to maximize profitability while meeting client needs.
- Monitor project progress, address client concerns, and ensure timely delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive offerings.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; professional certification (e.g., P.E.) is a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 1–2 years in sales or business development.
- Proven track record of closing deals and generating revenue in construction or related industries.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical specifications.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a high-pressure sales environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
