Responsibility
- Develop and implement standardized industrial automation offers tailored to regional market needs, ensuring alignment with global strategies.
- Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities, optimizing pricing strategies, and enhancing customer value propositions.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to refine go-to-market strategies for industrial automation solutions.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for differentiation in the industrial sector.
- Train and support regional sales teams on standardized offerings, tools, and best practices to maximize adoption and revenue.
- Monitor and report on KPIs related to offer performance, sales conversion, and customer satisfaction, providing actionable insights.
- Act as a subject-matter expert for industrial automation, advising internal stakeholders and customers on technical and commercial aspects.
- Foster strong relationships with key partners, distributors, and end-users to expand Schneider Electric’s footprint in the region.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial), Business, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in industrial automation, sales development, or product management, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Proven track record in standardizing offers, driving sales growth, and developing commercial strategies for B2B or industrial markets.
- Strong understanding of industrial automation technologies (e.g., PLCs, SCADA, IoT, digital twins) and their applications in manufacturing, energy, or infrastructure.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other Southeast Asian languages is advantageous.
- Experience working in Southeast Asia or emerging markets, with a deep understanding of regional business dynamics.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, remote, or hybrid work environment.
