Responsibility
- Create and modify detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit for civil and structural engineering projects.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure designs meet technical specifications and industry standards.
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of BIM (Building Information Modeling) deliverables for Singapore-based projects.
- Maintain organized digital file systems and version control for all project drawings.
- Identify and resolve design discrepancies through coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Stay updated with the latest CAD software updates and industry best practices.
- Support the pre-construction and construction phases with as-built drawings and revisions as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a CAD Drafter, CAD Operator, or BIM Modeler.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D) and Revit (Structural or MEP modules are a plus).
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, symbols, and annotations.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows, clash detection, and coordination is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work remotely or in a hybrid setup from Bali.
