Responsibility
- Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to align technical specifications and project deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement proactive solutions to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Prepare and present progress reports, including technical drawings, cost estimates, and resource allocation plans.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
- Review and approve technical documentation, including blueprints, material specifications, and engineering reports.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for technical challenges, proposing innovative and cost-effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project/site engineering, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of managing mid-to-large-scale projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and sustainable construction practices is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Badung and surrounding areas as needed.
