Responsibility
- Oversee and monitor daily on-site construction activities to ensure alignment with project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate and manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain workflow efficiency and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and industry regulations.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, risk assessments, and technical documentation to stakeholders and senior management.
- Resolve on-site technical issues, delays, or discrepancies in collaboration with the engineering and design teams.
- Ensure optimal allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to meet project milestones.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to deliver projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Liaise with local authorities, clients, and consultants to facilitate permits, approvals, and project handovers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in site engineering, construction supervision, or project management.
- Proven track record of managing residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety standards (e.g., OSHA, local regulations).
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and sustainable construction practices is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali and adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.
