Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Resolve any on-site issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
- Ensure all construction materials and equipment are available and properly utilized.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and identify potential risks.
- Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Site Engineer or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in using construction management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
