Responsibility
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of electrical and mechanical systems for construction projects.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to conduct site inspections, assessments, and troubleshooting of M&E systems.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Support project teams in coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project deliverables meet quality and safety standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of installed M&E systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, project schedules, and procurement documentation.
- Participate in team meetings, site visits, and client presentations to gain exposure to project management processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in M&E engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and power distribution.
- Familiarity with engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or ETAP is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Prior internship or project experience in M&E engineering is advantageous but not required.
