As a key member of our engineering team, you will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop detailed technical drawings that adhere to industry standards, local regulations, and client specifications. Your expertise in CAD software will ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance, driving the success of residential, commercial, and public works projects across Bali.

Responsibility
- Create and modify detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for civil and structural engineering projects using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to interpret design sketches, specifications, and calculations into accurate technical drawings.
- Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, industry standards (e.g., AISC, ACI), and project requirements.
- Review and verify drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to quality control procedures.
- Prepare and update as-built drawings and revision documentation as projects progress.
- Assist in the preparation of bill of materials (BOM) and quantity takeoffs from drawings.
- Maintain organized digital files and version control for all project-related drawings and documents.
- Provide technical support to on-site teams by clarifying drawing details and resolving discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Draughtsperson or CAD Technician in civil/structural projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or BIM software; familiarity with SketchUp or Inventor is a plus.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and material specifications.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints, surveys, and topographical maps.
- Excellent attention to detail and spatial visualization skills.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Experience working on international or multicultural projects is highly desirable.
