Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on solar panel manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions to maintain production efficiency
- Collaborate with production teams to identify equipment improvement opportunities and implement upgrades
- Develop and maintain equipment documentation, including maintenance logs, standard operating procedures, and technical manuals
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and generate reports to track key performance indicators
- Participate in equipment installation, commissioning, and validation processes for new production lines
- Train and mentor junior technicians on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards in equipment operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in semiconductor, solar, or high-tech manufacturing
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills with experience in PLC programming and automation systems
- Hands-on experience with precision equipment such as PECVD, PVD, or similar semiconductor manufacturing tools
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, 5S, TPM)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
