Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Oversee servicing and maintenance operations for electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules, preventive maintenance programs, and troubleshooting protocols.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and clients, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff and technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, servicing, and maintenance within the engineering sector.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and leading teams to successful outcomes.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
