Responsibility
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical and electrical (M&E) projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to develop M&E designs, specifications, and technical solutions that meet project requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors, including procurement of materials and equipment, to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Ensure all M&E installations comply with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams, resolving any M&E-related challenges that arise during construction.
- Conduct regular project meetings with stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment on project goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in M&E project engineering, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, fire protection, and building automation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering design software is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes, regulations, and safety standards is a plus.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) as needed.
