Responsibility
- Lead and manage project services teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of construction and engineering projects.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets in alignment with client requirements and company objectives.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies to maintain project integrity.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial forecasts, and other key documentation for senior management.
- Optimize resource allocation and procurement processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project services team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction, mining, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards is highly desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
