As a key player in our sales team, you will identify, engage, and close deals with project-based clients, ensuring Mowilex remains the preferred choice for large-scale repainting and high-rise building solutions. Your role will involve strategic account management, market analysis, and collaborative efforts with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Based in the dynamic region of Badung, Bali (covering Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta), you’ll work in a fast-paced environment with ample opportunities for professional growth and commission-based rewards.

Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, contractors, and property developers to secure repainting and high-rise building projects.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, logistics, and marketing) to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and timelines to close deals profitably while meeting client expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure long-term client retention and repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the paint, coatings, construction, or building materials industry.
  • Proven track record of selling to project-based accounts (e.g., contractors, developers, or corporate clients).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build trust with high-level stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently in a target-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with High-Rise Building and Repainting Project requirements is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
