Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key pharmacy retail accounts to drive sales and business growth.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements to maximize profitability and market share.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute effective sales strategies, merchandising plans, and in-store promotions.
  • Monitor stock levels, ensure product availability, and coordinate with supply chain teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and performance evaluations to assess client satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to senior management on a regular basis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the pharmacy, retail, or FMCG sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to drive decision-making.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
