Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for HVAC projects in Bali and surrounding regions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including commercial, residential, and industrial HVAC installations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and engineers to secure high-value contracts.
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, and project management) to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging HVAC technologies.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Monitor project progress, address client concerns, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or technical certifications in HVAC are a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC sales, with a proven track record of closing large-scale projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, VRF units, ductwork, and energy-efficient solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage C-level executives.
  • Experience working in Southeast Asia or with international clients is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
