Responsibility
- Provide immediate medical care and first aid to employees in case of injuries or illnesses.
- Conduct regular health assessments and medical check-ups for employees.
- Implement and monitor health and safety protocols to prevent workplace accidents.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of all incidents and treatments.
- Collaborate with project managers and safety officers to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Organize and conduct health and safety training sessions for employees.
- Manage and maintain the on-site medical clinic and first aid supplies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of emergency response plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Must be a licensed Nurse.
- At least 1-2 years of experience working in a construction or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in maintaining medical records and documentation.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
