Responsibility
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and administer medications as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and medical documentation
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive care
- Operate and maintain medical equipment and ensure proper infection control procedures
- Participate in health promotion activities and community outreach programs
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and facility policies
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (D3/S1 Keperawatan)
- Valid nursing license (STR) from Indonesian Nursing Council
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience (new graduates will be considered for training positions)
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures and protocols
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Basic computer skills for medical documentation
