Responsibility
- Provide personalized care and support to patients under the supervision of nurses and medical staff.
- Assist with daily living activities, including mobility, feeding, and personal hygiene.
- Monitor and record vital signs, patient progress, and any changes in condition.
- Prepare and maintain patient rooms, ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Assist in the administration of treatments and medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Support patients during diagnostic procedures and therapies, offering reassurance and comfort.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with institutional policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; certification in Healthcare Assistance is a plus.
- Proven experience in a healthcare or nursing assistant role, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact compassionately with patients and families.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient care techniques.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Physical stamina to assist with lifting, transferring, and supporting patients.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
