Responsibility

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Medicine, or related fields.
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in healthcare management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, policy development, and operational optimization within medical institutions.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian healthcare regulations and international accreditation standards (e.g., JCI).
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience working in multicultural environments and adapting to diverse healthcare systems.
- Certification in Healthcare Quality Management (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is highly desirable.
