Responsibility
- Conduct thorough patient consultations, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and diagnostic assessments.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on accurate diagnoses and evidence-based medical practices.
- Prescribe medications, therapies, and preventive care measures while ensuring compliance with medical regulations and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and healthcare staff to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records using electronic health systems to track patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and preventive healthcare to promote long-term well-being.
- Stay updated with the latest medical advancements, protocols, and best practices through continuous professional development.
- Participate in community health initiatives and outreach programs to raise awareness and improve public health standards.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution, with a valid medical license to practice in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of clinical experience in general medicine, family practice, or a related specialty.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a patient-centered approach to healthcare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages are a plus).
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and digital medical tools.
- Commitment to ethical medical practices and adherence to HIPAA or equivalent patient confidentiality standards.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
