Responsibility
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to healthcare standards.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and patient care.
- Manage clinic staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with local and international healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Coordinate with medical and administrative teams to optimize resource allocation and service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze clinic performance metrics, implementing improvements as needed.
- Handle patient inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with external partners, including suppliers and healthcare providers, to support clinic operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinic or healthcare operations management.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and operational workflows effectively.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
