MN Power Transmission is seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to oversee high-impact construction projects in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung). This is an immediate vacancy for a contract-based role where you will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing substation projects from inception to completion.

Responsibility
- Lead and manage TNB Substation construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to optimize efficiency.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to assess project status and address any issues or delays.
- Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, financial summaries, and risk assessments, to senior management.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture to drive project success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on TNB Substation or electrical infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, etc.) and tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations, safety standards, and permitting processes.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Ability to work in dynamic environments and adapt to changing project requirements.
