Responsibility
- Lead and manage sustaining engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Coordinate with global teams to ensure seamless execution of sustaining engineering initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the semiconductor or high-tech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
