Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, milestones, risks, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders, team members, and senior leadership.
- Implement robust project governance frameworks to ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to minimize disruptions.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and metrics, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management methodologies and tools.
- Mentor and coach project team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating project status and strategies to senior leadership.
- Experience in risk management, change management, and resource optimization.
