Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end product development projects from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and supply chain) to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocation using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Identify risks, mitigate challenges, and implement contingency plans to keep projects on track.
- Drive innovation by researching market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to inform product strategies.
- Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, providing clear updates on progress, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and Eaton Groupâs quality protocols.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within the project team.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Masterâs degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on product development in the engineering, manufacturing, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems, make data-driven decisions, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience working in a global or Asia-Pacific context, with cultural awareness and the ability to navigate diverse teams.
