Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end development of new branch locations, from site selection to operational handover.
- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure construction adheres to design, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Obtain necessary permits, licenses, and approvals from local authorities in Bali.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Oversee procurement and logistics for materials, equipment, and labor.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth transition to launch phase.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction, retail, or commercial development.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements (Bali-specific experience is a plus).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and construction documents.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills are advantageous.
