Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end project management for M&E systems and kitchen equipment installations, ensuring adherence to design specifications and industry standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to align resources, timelines, and deliverables.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with safety, technical, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Prepare and manage technical documentation, including as-built drawings, test reports, and handover packages.
- Liaise with clients to clarify requirements, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor procurement and logistics for equipment and materials, optimizing supply chain efficiency.
- Lead post-installation testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting to guarantee system functionality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on M&E systems or commercial kitchen equipment.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments (hospitality, F&B, or industrial sectors preferred).
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards (e.g., NFPA, ISO).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD/BIM tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to resolve technical challenges and optimize workflows.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as required.
