Responsibility
- Lead and manage LTA projects as the Main Contractor, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Oversee site operations from groundbreaking to handover, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including government agencies, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Manage project documentation, reports, and communications.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in urban infrastructure or transportation projects.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale engineering projects as a Main Contractor.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and regulatory standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with LTA projects and urban development initiatives is a plus.
