Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
- Monitor and maintain critical infrastructure (e.g., cleanrooms, lab environments, utility systems) to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime in manufacturing operations.
- Conduct regular inspections and generate reports on equipment performance, energy efficiency, and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support facility upgrades and expansion projects.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols in all maintenance activities.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies, coordinating procurement as needed.
- Assist in emergency response for facility-related incidents, including power outages or system failures.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering, or equivalent technical certification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing, laboratory, or pharmaceutical environment.
- Proven expertise in HVAC, electrical systems, and building automation.
- Familiarity with GMP, ISO, or other regulatory standards for controlled environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with fluency in English.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and respond to on-call duties as required.
