Responsibility
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
- Lead and support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from concept to full-scale production.
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and variability.
- Design and improve production layouts, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with production, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve bottlenecks and improve throughput.
- Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control protocols.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in industrial engineering and process optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing process optimization, production engineering, or a similar role, preferably in the electronics industry.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in process mapping, time studies, capacity planning, and root cause analysis tools.
- Experience with NPI (New Product Introduction) and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, CAD software, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
