Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project management for LilyPad construction initiatives, from planning to installation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Secure necessary permits and ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to align expectations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction or infrastructure.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, permits, and local regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
