Responsibility
- Lead and manage interior fit-out projects from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to align project goals and deliver high-quality results.
- Oversee procurement of materials and resources, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with specifications.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Liaise with clients to understand their vision and provide regular updates on project status.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
- Drive innovation in retail space design to enhance customer engagement and brand identity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, preferably in interior fit-out or retail construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
