Responsibility
- Lead and manage interior fit-out and commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring adherence to client requirements and company standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide progress reports to stakeholders.
- Manage client relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, negotiating with suppliers for cost-effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on interior fit-out and commercial construction.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Bali.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
