Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors for plumbing and sanitary projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Oversee project timelines and budgets to meet client expectations.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management.
- Source and procure materials while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in plumbing and sanitary project management.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in project management software and MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across project sites.
- Experience in subcontractor management is a plus.
