Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies for cement, mining, and renewable energy facilities to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Lead and supervise maintenance teams, including technicians, engineers, and contractors, to execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and safety teams to align maintenance activities with operational goals and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor equipment performance, analyze failure trends, and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and extend asset lifespan.
- Manage maintenance budgets, forecast costs, and optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency without compromising quality.
- Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and implement best practices for risk mitigation in high-risk industries.
- Prepare and present reports on maintenance KPIs, project progress, and ROI to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry advancements in maintenance technologies (e.g., IoT, AI-driven predictive maintenance) and propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in maintenance management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within cement, mining, or renewable energy sectors.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale maintenance projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and maintenance planning tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
- Familiarity with international standards (ISO, OSHA) and local regulations governing industrial maintenance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali or travel to project sites as required.
