Responsibility
- Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues and conflicts as they arise.
- Monitor project progress, providing regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging team members to achieve their best.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the engineering sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
